From what i am experiencing, i think the "face of the kitchen" is more scary. The kitchen can give you more hell than customer. I don't really know how to explain here into words but you have to experience it yourselves. AHAHAHA! Or maybe because i am too dim-witted and slow. I seem to be more sensitive towards stupid things and oblivious towards important things. Sadded =.=ll. I didn't know F&B industry is actually so tough. I felt like i have learnt more here rather than during attachment. =.=ll Looks like i can't carry out the thing i mentioned in 20 August 2010 because i reckon that my percentage has went down from 15% to 5%. =.=ll.
